1cupspinach
Handful of mints
Handful of cilantro
½medium beet
1lemon for juice
½cucumber
1Tbspflax seed oil
1Tbspturmeric powder
1tspMatcha green tea
1Tbsphoney
½cupcoconut water
1cupcrushed ice
Instructions
Lightly steam Kale for 5 minutes and chop into your blender.
