Recipe for Smoked tuna dip
Simple smoked tuna dip with mayonnaise and a vast of spice and herbs. Enjoy it with any kind of dipping sticks like carrot and celery. Crackers work too.
Servings 4 people
- 2 pouches smoked light tuna 6 oz pouches or cans
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 small white onion
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 2 stems scallion
- few sprigs of parsley
Break and fluff smoked tuna with a fork.
Add all seasoning above and combine well.
Now finely chop parsley, white onion and scallion. Add them all to the mixture.
Finally add mayonnaise and mix them good.
Cover and chill in fridge at least 30 minutes before serving.
