Hi Frank,
apparently there's no 'magic' reset button. But if you already descale many time, make sure that the water flow wasn't restricted by doing a simple water-only dispensing.
If the flow is good yet the light still on, just unplug the machine for at least 10 minutes before turning it back on to reset. Then do another hot water dispensing to see if the light goes away.
Also if you ever use a non-keurig cup (the reusable ones) make sure to not fill it all the way as some manufacturers have different dimension and sometimes restrict the flow of water; which cause keurig descale light goes up

Marcia,
It sounds like your Keurig is being clogged. We have a guide on de-clogging Keurig here that you can take a look at. Hopefully this will solve your problem.
Let us know if it helps.

Just fill it with vinegar the same amount you would fill with water normally. Repeat this a few times till your machine is clean then re run a couple times with just water to clean of the sour taste.

Hi Diane,
Yes, you can use distilled vinegar to descale it as well. Here are steps:

Empty your water reservoir and fill it with distilled vinegar to the Max Fill line.

Turn on your machine and take out the used pod (if one still in there).

Once the coffee maker is ready, start brewing vinegar to an empty cup.

Dump the full vinegar cup to a container or your sink.

Repeat brewing vinegar until your reservoir is empty

After that remove any remaining vinegar, fill the reservoir with water to the Max and run multiple no pod cycles to fully clean remaining vinegar.
